I have over 10 years experience working in the fitness industry starting as a Fitness Instructor and progressing to gym management. I found the most enjoyable and challenging part of the job was helping people achieve their goals and so embarked on a new career completing my Personal Training and Sports Therapy Diploma. Currently I am training a wide variety of clients ranging from basic weight loss programmes to advanced group training sessions and rehab programmes, my sports therapy knowledge ensures clients have no physical limitations in the goals they set themselves.

Laura Horton
Having started my career studying sports therapy my interest in fitness training caused a natural progression towards personal training and so decided to combine my two passions I completed the YMCA Personal Training Course. Coupled with my sports therapy background, personal training has allowed me to work closely with a wide spectrum of individuals towards a variety of different goals whilst ensuring that the training is not only successful but injury free.
