Zone 3 hosts our spin class, developed in the U.S.A. this class is performed as a group on specially designed bicycles. Hill Climb, Straights and Jumps will give you the vision of where you want to be. Use your imagination to encounter outside cycling trips INSIDE!

Find our fabricated Pole Dancing Studio in Zone 3. Pole dancing combines flexibility, grace, strength, co-ordination and confidence.
At Polekat Fitness you will be encouraged to develop all of these elements as well as your own style. Pole Dancing offers many different benefits, as cardio vascular exercise it increases the heart rate and so improves the condition and efficiency of the heart and lungs. Strength is increased over time & lean muscle mass developed, creating a toned physique. More importantly, it’s great fun exercising through dance, learning a new skill in a friendly encouraging environment!
