I have always played a mixture of sports before deciding to fully concentrate on tennis with which I achieved many club, district and national titles. Unfortunately, this was cut short due to injury and quickly I found myself out of shape. At the age of 21 I started eating correctly and training hard and today I am 3 1/2 stone lighter! At the beginning of 2012 after gaining my personal training qualification, myself and business partner Peter Kennedy, set up our Personal Training business, The Project.
I absolutely love training for and competing in Triathlon. The majority of my own training revolves around swimming, cycling and running but resistance training also plays a huge part. With clients I enjoy researching and keeping up to date with the latest training techniques just to keep them on their toes!
My own passion, motivation and dedication quickly rubs off on clients. Regardless of whether they are training for a 10k, are professional athletes or are looking to shed a few extra pounds, I always get the best and push further than you ever thought possible! The results we get by working together speak for themselves!!
