Male Member of the Month for April 2013 - Stephen McQuade!
Stephen trains consistently hard in the gym, using a 4 day split - 2 days upper body, 2 days lower body. Stephen has greatly increased strength, endurance and fitness, and always tries to push himself. His attitude to training can be summed up in his own words: "I like the pain!"
Stephen trains using mainly supersets, in which he has seen strength and cardio benefits.

Female member of the month for April - Linda Hillcoat!
Linda has been a member at Pro-Life since 1999 and trains at 5.30am most mornings. Her CV workout consists of brisk walking and she used to take part in the running club. For weights, Linda completes the Cybex Expressway circuit 2-3 times a week and also does a weights circuit made up by Alex. She also attends Spin on a Tuesday, Friday & Saturday morning.
Two years ago, Linda successfully lost a stone for her wedding and has managed to maintain this weight loss.
Congratulations Linda, hope you'll still be a member in another 14 years!
