Pro-Life Billboard Campaign

We would like to thank all of our fantastic members and colleagues who kindly gave their consent and time to be in our great billoard campaign which you may see at various locations throughout  Paisley over the next few months, you all look fabulous and are a credit to the club:  Kris Carslaw (Boxer), Sterling Davis (Basketball Player), Charlene Cameron (member), Jon Landry (Ice Hockey), Matt McLachlan (Martial Arts), Ronnie Cooney (Body Builder), Jean Whelan (Family member), Alyson McKechin (Golfer), Sarah Montgomery (Personal Trainer) and last but not least Gemma Rankin (Runner).

UKBFF Scottish Body Building Championships

Congratulations to five of our brawniest members who did us proud and competed in the recent UKBFF Scottish Championships held within Paisley Town Hall on Sunday 29th May. All the guys worked incredibly hard and looked absolutely fantastic on the day, they are an inspiration and great role models for the rest of us.
Craig McConnell took 1st place in the Mens Over 90KG, Stewart McDonald took 1st place in the Mens Under 90KG, Allan Brown took 3rd place in the Mens Under 80KG and both Tony Finnegan & Frank McGinley just missed out on medals but performed well and will be back next year. Well done boys!
