Sarah Montgomery

I have had a passion for fitness since competing as a gymnast for Scotland during my teenage years & subsequently focussed my energy on a career in Personal Training. Currently I work with a variety of clients on a one-to-one & group basis. Whether in a gym or outdoors, I use a combination of cardio, resistance and functional training approaches to create fun, convenient workouts that maximise training results. I like to push clients beyond their comfort zone, allowing them to realise their full potential and achieve their goals. No matter how good you get, you can always get better that's the exciting part!

Whether looking to boost confidence, lose weight or improve fitness, I think that a consistent, tailored & varied training & diet plan are the key ingredients to achieving success. I always enjoy the challenge of helping clients to plan their route, guiding and motivating them every step of the way. Fundamentally I believe in hard work to get results... you get back what you put in, no excuses!
